Remember that any false statement is punishable by law.
I hereby inform you that the use of PPE is subject to the provisions set forth in Article 78 of Legislative Decree 9 April 2008, n. 81, the contents of which are reported below:
1. undergo the training and instruction program organized by the employer regarding the correct use and practical use of PPE.
2. use the PPE made available in accordance with the information and training received and any training organised and carried out.
3. take care of the PPE made available and do not make any changes to it on your own initiative.
4. at the end of use, follow the company procedures regarding the return of PPE.
5. If such personal protective equipment presents defects of various kinds, or causes any physical disturbance or impediment, these must be immediately reported to the employer or manager or supervisor, for timely intervention.
